Pre-Registration has begun for SCAN-Harbor Performing Arts Academy.

We are a tuition free program, based in East Harlem, servicing students ages 3 – 24.

Fall / Winter classes will begin Tuesday October 3^rd 2023, Tuesday – Saturday.
